Hii! I'm Marj, mom of two, birth and postnatal doula and yoga & hitt pilates instructor. I have been teaching since 2008 and love all things, movement – my kids keep me on my toes! I am high vibing, fun loving and deeply committed to wellness as a holistic lifestyle. My intention is to share, grow and continually evolve while inspiring those around me. I hope that my offerings will resonate with you wherever you may be on your journey!
