Jessica is a yoga teacher and mum with a passion for exploring the connections among body, mind, and heart. As a lifelong student of movement and the body, Jessica offers classes that balance strengthening and stretching, including opportunities to challenge yourself along with regular reminders to smile. She is a firm believer that a movement practice should be fun and empowering, and that you should always leave your mat feeling better than when you stepped onto it.
