This sculpting lower body workout takes only 30 minutes! Strengthen glutes, tone inner things, sculpt lean legs and enjoy a booty burn! Feel free to integrate 1 dumbbell {or big water bottle, laundry detergent jug, etc as your weight for this class if you don't have a dumbbell}
This routine targets your calves, legs, glutes, booty, and thighs. A few lower body stretches are included throughout the routine to find length and release tension.
