Roll out your yoga mat, and place a folded bath towel or thin blanket beside you. If you have access to a block please have that handy. Take some time before the class starts to settle into the space you have created.

This class will take you into a deep journey using breath-work to ground and restore the body. Followed by a gentle soothing meditative flow of movement to renew and refresh the spirit.
