Kristina Valentini
Kristina prides herself on being a compassionate yoga teacher and lifelong student. Working in the corporate world by day, she has first-hand knowledge of the importance of maintaining a balanced life. She has experienced the deep physical, mental and spiritual benefits of both yoga and meditation.
Kristina received her RYS 200 Hour Teacher Training Certification in Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga in 2012. She is also certified in Yin Yoga, Reiki Level 1, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga. Kristina is honoured and thrilled to be sharing her knowledge, experience and passion for yoga with her students of all levels.
Her classes are light-hearted, welcoming and encouraging. Kristina’s love for teaching continues to grow as she is inspired by both her students and teachers alike.
