Have only 5 mins? We have a 5 minute stretch for you mamas! We will stay seated the entire time as we stretch out our neck, side body, spine, upper body and shoulders. This stretch is safe for any stage postpartum. Nothing is required however feel free to use a mat / folded up blanket or carpet to sit on.
