I teach a “bootcamp” style workout that usually alternates between bouts of working relatively hard followed by bouts of recovery. I do offer modifications for different levels. I challenge the whole body to work together to get stronger. My class is open to all levels but I do get you to challenge your limits as I have you moving pretty continuously throughout.
